The Crazy Thing About Faith

To agree with an article of faith is not the same thing as have faith. Faith is, okay, at some point I say, I don't just intellectually agree; I trust. And that trust is, does it just live in my head? That trust actually affects my life. In the midst of faith, we're supposed to ask questions. The skeptic demands that something be proven before we were willing to accept it. See the evil one, he's trying to steal your joy by turning you into a skeptic. Or, you know, so we need to prepare for war. We need to pair a bellum.
