Is There Room for Constructive Feedback?

Is there any kind of room for constructive feedback from maybe s entry level kind of positions, or st take a while? If you're a little can't be, you can't vacte anything. But it was more just to go through the motions, cause that's what you're supposed to do, than actually change anything ere. You're just trying to go it the path of least resistance ascend ri and you're pretty much trained to do that from the date one.
