The Logistics of Building a Church

Building maintenance is our time for it now now so i've got our kind of like you know building manager coming and saying over the summer. Our big room that we fill three times on a sunday is not going to be available for 10 weeks. We're starting to think about christmas oh yes come on i love big Christmases um but yeah so it's that constant kind of planning trying to be able to do something out of the minute. ministry trainees every year so they're with us for 11 months of the year so it sort of feels like that we're always recruiting inducting or saying goodbye to those guys one of those things.
