The Stock Market Continues Lower, but Gold Reverses and Moves Higher
We got the factory orders for july, which was revised down to an increase of one point eight %. This is the first time that we've seen a monthly drop in factory orders since september of 20 21. Also, we got news that credit car debt in the united states in the second quarter surge by 13%. Now why are americans using their credit ards so much? Because they have no choice. Prices have gone up a lot more than their incomes, and the only way they can afford to keep their economic heads above water is by putting more of what they buy on a credit card.
