Yuri: I'm hearing more and more like secular people even talk about the value of meditation. He says that this kind of prayer slash meditation slash silence has a holistic value to it. Yuri: It's not just some odd thing that religious people do. It's actually part of the good of creation. You know, through general revelation, through natural law, we see even the holistic, spiritual, mental bodily benefits of sitting in silence.
