Podcasts - I'm a Total Idiot

i'm aware that it's so easy to just start listening to podcasts in any moment where for whatever reason, like i can't do something with my eyes. And then as soon as i'm done with hacker news, ill be like, i wonder what's unread it and go back,. It's the things you just read, you idiot. Then also the things that you just ike. Flip back and forth like a total idiot in this thing that i'm not really extracting any value out of. And i think i has made my brain worse.
