E-Bikes - What Are They?

The whole city smelled like tail exhaust. I think the locals were used to it. Because the smell was everywhere. But for us, coming from China, it was a very strange and suffocating. You know, that was my experience of being in Taipei. Like there are so many gas powered bikes, like two wheeled motorcycle kind of bikes all over the city. The only thing about those is that they're designed like elegantly enough.
