Running During Pregnancy

It's safe to continue any form of non-contact related sport, so long as there's not a significant risk of falls. The Canadian guidelines are released in 2019 and they're really useful document that go into a lot of information about this. It's probably not a sensible choice to take up running after getting pregnancy if you haven't been one before. A lot of the concerns from women comes from mixed information.
