The Salt Sensitivity in White Coat Hypertension

I actually am pretty convinced that cell sensitivity might sometimes mask itself as white coat hypertension when it's not true. And so we actually do check even in our patients that aren't always resistant hypertensive, just people with labile blood pressures. We always check a ring in an alto to look to see if they have a suppressed ring in and also to see if there's evidence of a salt sensitivity in those patients. Givings salt sensitive patients who have evidence of a suppressorinum but a normal aldo, giving them a potassium sparing diuretic or mineralic cordicoid antagonist.
