Pupil sparing third nerve palsy where the eyes down out plus minus ptosis, the pupil is reacting perfectly. Some people say you don't even need to get any scans and that patient this came up recently on rounds of medicine. Could there be one localization to it? One lesion or one region of the nervous system or one type of nervous system structure that could give us to plopia and numbness tingling)? I mean, I'm wondering if this is we're focusing on the nerves if that could be kind of a unifying issue here.
