The Challenges of the Mortgage Market
This has been the most challenging market I've ever actually been in. Nobody's refinancing to open equity to buy a rental property, so there's not a lot of refinancing right now. Renewals are harder to win because a lot of clients don't qualify to move the mortgage. So yeah, it's a tough, tough, tough time.
