If someone is high maintenance, it means that they need a lot of attention. If you're trying to persuade someone of something, you might need to talk them round. And then the last word in this list is the expression fickle. So if someone's fickle, it mean that they sort of change a lot. They change their affection or they may change their loyalty a bit like the way a cat can be fickle. That's what fickle means.
