The Red Sox Win the World Series in 2018
The 2008 Celtics are clearly up there as well, because remember how poorly that off season started. The 2004 Red Sox needed a legitimate, bonafide starting pitcher that could pitch in big games and they got Kurt Schilling. 2013 for the Red Sox was an interesting one, the year they won the World Series. They didn't lose like back-to-back series but it felt like everything just sort of wasn't hit or miss.
