The Cycle of Growth

There's a saying, hard times create strong men and good times create weak men. And I've noticed that growth also appears to have a cyclical nature. If things are too calm or simple or quiet, life begins to lack meaning. That's never a spot we want to be. Life is about the pursuit of something. You just have to decide which mountain to climb.
