Early Zionists and Violence in Palestine
Many early Zionists came from the background of Russian revolutionary movement, which was pretty violent. So this culture of political violence was exported with those people to Palestine and there's something else which is very important. I think most Zionist leaders came from small Jewish towns from the Stettles. They had no experience or very little experience of big citizens, national, cosmopolitan environment.
