I've Been Diagnosed With Adhd, and I'm Trying to Organize My Life
I was early diagnized with adh d, quite recently, like in the past couple of years. And i think because i was sort of punished for a lot of the symptoms that i exhibited from ad h d. I hit a lot of it, or i like built up different structures in my life to just cope with it. When i'd hear constructive criticism, i take it on quite personally. But i defftly used to carry a lot of criticism with me all the time.
