Adam Kerr is a Wall Street Journal book book critic cultural critic and he basically just summarizes the set of anti-human and trans-human philosophies that are gaining steam. He goes into these various dreams and just to summarize them myself very briefly and not totally depressed readers I actually found it honestly very clarifying for like why as a Christian am I so pro-human? It's this view that says we are so enlightened now we don't need religion anymore you know through science and technology we can re-engineer the world and make it fully rational and properly ordered.
Curtis tackles this epoch defining question with Comment Editor in Chief, Anne Snyder Brooks. Together they explore the distinctive vision Christians have to offer a world beset by dehumanizing forces. This wide ranging exploration includes both the big ideas and stakes involved in this question, as well as practical steps each one of us can take to embody (in the words of Irenaeus) “the glory of God in a human being fully alive.”
