The Negative Characteristics of Monopoly

In English, the word "draw" means to produce something. In a card game, you draw cards, which means you pick up more cards in games where you're moving pieces around a board. When you get frustrated in a game, you can make it so no one else can play the game anymore. So this phrase, flip the board, is used to say that somebody quit and they just were mad and upset.
