The Nursing Home Is Really Horrible
In wisconsin, you don't lose your right to vote unless the court says you don't have the right to vote. Two of the eight people i interviewed had lost theright to vote. They are under guardianship, do not vote, and they are voted anyway. And so if some one votes for them, that's voter fraud.
