How to Do Olympic Lifts Safely

Olympic lifts are a little bit easier to incorporate you know they're highly technical. You need to be okay with doing the Olympic lifts early on right almost from beginning it's okay but you need to do them at a moderate controlled level versus the backswing and kind of push a little bit more. If you want to really develop a good squat try and work on the squat up against the wall with no weight and work through the full range of motion of it up against the walls yeah.
