Is Your Clients Spending More on the Interiors Than on the Architecture?
It's not uncommon that we'll see today clients spending more money on their interior packages than they are spending on the architectural packages. The fees in charge of so disproportional and what they ask you is so much to the point where it's actually ridiculous. It's just silly. And I think that's why a lot of people are not using architects to put their projects. They're just going straight to builders and builders acting as architects. You don't need an architect. An architect doesn't have to design something for a council to approve it. That's very simple. They diminish the value of an architect. Yes.
