And ad you can think of ly pulte homes, for example. They're not going to go into the distressed asset field at all. They build new houses. They don't want to touch old distress houses. Right there, out of that market. That's one of the reasons why the anciasses weren't touched like matel or hasborough. There's just too much hair around the deal the ip.
