The Deep Elf and the Blue Dragon Elves
The deep elves are 1000 feet underground. They're not super up on all of the politics, but they do know that royal edicts and stuff come from the greens and the blues. So there's a little swagger to the greens now. You see long icicles drip from the cave ceiling. There's a long tunnel that leads deeper in the mountain here. And as you travel, the frost covered cave wall begins to give way to pure ice. Behind the ice, there are hundreds of magic items and glittering gems and coins.
