The Importance of User Experience Feedback

So when you're talking about this kind of design feedback though where you were saying you were interested in these moments in terms of the UI and the UX where they would kind of get stuck. so when  you weren't watching recorded video of them playing they would just report hey i get confused at x point on the slack is that right? So for for the UI stuff yes for the for the slack but primarily a lot of that ui ux stuff that was us going to events us going in person and that was okayso like balancing and general feedback and things like that that was what the slack was mainly getting at.
