Is There a Game Play in Memory Consolidation?
When the mouse is sleeping, it's sort of re hashing a the mase runor whatever it was doing in the during daytime. The animal is recashing what happened and may be even generalizing what happened to the experiences it had before also. So enlarging memory traces, or enlarging the anagrams, recruting new cells into the memory and and passing it on in some way. And that that's this off lying consolidation, which we think happens during sleep.
