The Misalignment Between VCs and Angel Investors
I think there's a couple of things going on here one is you have to know what game you're playing as an investor. I always believe that if you're not selling your bike and therefore I'm looking around and saying okay would I be getting in at this price? And then the third thing that brings them together makes it much simpler for me is I try to have some simple positions which is even not selling or it's like you sell 20% get some money off the table or it's 50-50 but I'd like to leave some meaningful exposure or 80-20 and leave some smart insurance in there.
