Misconceptions About Space, Time & The Universe (Narration Only)

Science & Futurism with Isaac Arthur

The Fermi Paradox

We got in the habit of assuming ourselves no place special back in Newton and Copernicus's day. It is merely a speculation, albeit a very sound one based on logic, but not physical data. We can't continue that notion of us not being the center of the Universe by pointing out that Earth does not actually orbit the Sun. Orbits occur based on all the mass in play in an area, and our solar system 99.8% of that is in the Sun. How in play stuff is in the moment is based on its distance too.
