Peter Drucker wrote a fantastic piece for the Harvard Business Review a number of years ago that you're going to do much better by trying to try to improve on your strengths. Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg didn't say oh I'm going to bring up my weaknesses and try and be this incredibly well rounded renaissance man what they did was they said I'mgoing to focus on what I'm good at and then find a way to compensate for the things you're bad at. It's far better for you to double down on being creative and coming up with interesting ideas rather than study productivity books.
