How to Be a Strong Climber

If the holds are relatively close in front of your body, like the high angle of crimp, it's just really good and more actually on the pinky's for sure. If you can keep them on, but when you're like slightly more muscular climber and you feel like this closed in space, what often happens is you end up tilting your hands up. The ring finger actually plays a massive role in this and being strong without that pinky arm. So, again, front three, half-pramp or high angle makes a massive difference and getting into the full crimp on front three.
