The Importance of Complying With Institutions

Professor Prokastin: A theory that says justice requires building and complying, building or sustaining and complying with certain institutions, we can't quite say that requires you to build them. You can't assume that if we're required to build and comply, that that implies that we are required to build precisely for the reason that whether we build, whether we should build, depends on whether we're going to comply. So it looks like a logical puzzle, but then I try to try to unpack it.
