Viza: Our goal needs to be to deny china a kind of soft imperial control of asia. While we can't, we're not powerful or really resolute enough on our own to do it. We need a coalition. Viza: I actually think economic sanctions and economic leverage are very difficult to turn into really effective political outcomes.
