The Importance of a Sustainable Livestock Production Model
I love beef and dairy, but it's become pretty clear to me that there's kind of two main ways to approach meeting the world's demand for livestock. And one is to reduce, well, I guess the first one is reducing demand. But on the other hand, some people are arguing that the most ecological way to raise livestock is actually in confined animal feeding operations. So you can have it reduces deforestation or could even allow some reforestation. The global fair share everybody if it was distributed evenly.
