What's So Important About Your Messaging?
Your messaging needs to be consistent. And that can only fit within a narrative. Your narrative is where it unites an inter-singular flow. Lots of firms will have a messaging architecture on a slide somewhere. But I see many cases where it's less connected. So this is why we don't call this messaging, but narrative or story design. On a higher level, we want the messages defined,. We want the story to be told and clear logic underpinning it.
