Changing Habits in the Supply Chain

CNN's John Defterios spoke with a port executive about the problem of shipping containers to ports. He said it was an inefficiency that had been done for a while because you could just sort of get away with it. But when the supply change system is stressed, they sort of, like individual micro incentive, start breaking down the whole thing totally. The sweeper vessels aimproving the flow of containers back, which we sort of knew was a problem, but i hadn't actually realize that that was being addressed in a specific man as he described.
