Should We Baptize Prematurely Born Human Beings?

There are older code of Ken Law recommends baptizing in utero children if possible. I don't know if this has come up yet with frozen human embryos. And if someone's frozen, the water doesn't directly touch them. But that's where it gets problematic when we take embryos out of their natural environment.
