What's the Difference Between El Dorado and IPA?
El Dorado has always been the largest hot by volume or by weight, I should say, in this beer. It's a little peachy, it's a little white gummy-like. So those are kind of the descriptors we look for with really great El Dorado. The total poundage is not that different in terms of dry hop load.
