The Evolution of Knowledge Management

I feel like when you're starting knowledge management from scratch, there's defining what is knowledge management for the organization. So obviously three very different organizations and every sense of culture. When I was in East Africa, I was seen largely as an expert, even though I didn't have much expertise. And that was actually hard to push through and encourage people to understand that they actually are the experts. We just need them to share it more.
