The question is, do you lower grades and test scores? Judge Jackson. She's doing her job in a way that Amy Coney Barrett I hear is not doing as much or as well. And so yes, race does still determine things. But to take one of the Cosby kids, so to speak, we're supposed to give affirmative action to those kids. All of them going to college, none of them were assessed on their merits. The Constitution is the compact under which we govern ourselves. It's the law. There is a burden that hasn't been born with respect," he says.
