Pigma is a free-to-play online game that lets you play with other people. It was designed by two designers to be cross functional, but not just for the sake of being cross functional. The design team didn't think it would work because they were used to working as lone creative in the corner doing the figur e. But now there's been a shift and more teams are willing to collaborate on Pigma.
