French Lentil and Leak Crumbles

On April 28th, the company launches the French lentil and leak crumbles. The idea is that like you saute them and then you put them on other things. All of these are organic. It feels really tricky because on the one hand that is like word salad of sort of like wellness foods of the last 10 years in the US. And on the other hand, I'm also like, man, I would eat that.
