What Wasn't in Biden's Speech?
Biden made a strong speech in Warsaw, but it's not clear how the US really defines success right now. The most significant political threat for Ukraine is that some Republicans are convinced that the US is providing too much aid to Ukraine and don't want to continue it. There seems to be this emerging trend of some Republicans suggesting that Biden is putting America ahead of Europe on foreign policy issues.
