Are There Negro Populations?

Mapping inequality is a site that University of Richmond put together and they've documented, they've pulled all the maps from across the country. In Kansas City where we've done this work, you'd see Italian there. Oftentimes you'd find Italian neighborhoods that may be yellow class and not red class, so I could move over there. But if you're black, you don't have that choice. And when you look at the chart on the left, you can see where they say Negro population. That's the nefarious part, well, there's lots of nefarious parts about that, but that's really what's, what's damning about this.
