On Saturday, former president Trump took to his social media app Truth Social to issue a statement claiming he would be arrested this coming Tuesday. The Manhattan district attorney's office has been investigating hush money payments the Donald made to adult film actress Stormy Daniels back in 2016. It is worth noting though, Trump says that he'll be arrested Tuesday, but at the moment that seems unlikely. There's still one more witness left to testify before the grand jury which likely delays a possible indictment for at least a few more days could even be weeks.
Former President Trump says he expects to be arrested this week in relation to a NY District Attorney probe, protests emerge across France in response to changes made to the country’s pension program, and Russian President Vladimir Putin visits a Russia-controlled part of Ukraine.
