How to Overcome Over-Communication in Product Management

The CEO does have this vision of where we're going. We all get attached, especially as product people to our baby. And I always like to remind people or share with them that are new in the space fall in love with the problem, not the solution. Our solution is going to have to change and evolve as we learn more about the problem.
