Zokdog's Portrait Transaction Rate Model
Zokdog started out as a subscription-based model. Now we have a much fairer model where it's free for a doctor to join and they only pay as new patients, book them through the platform. We have signed up more new doctors in 2022 than in the first eight years of the existence of our business.
