How to Get Started in the Visual Effects Industry

In the pencil king's community a lot of people, they're looking to get their first studio job and what's really fascinating that I found about you is how quickly you are able to rise to the top of your industry. How did you get started? For me initially in the beginning of my career we didn't have all the resources that we have now so I kind of think these days it'd be a lot easier to do what I was done but I Initially started out just like anyone else I was really into art I love what I did.
