Getting People Alined on a Vision
The ability to get people alined on a vision that excites them seems to be the catalist for adoption across these different disparat teams into a more global, central way of thinking. It's very convenient and easy to say no, but how you get somebody to say yes is substantially more difficult. The i think that gets overlooked a lot, and how important that is. You can have all the communications in the world and all the mandates in the world; there's so much just care and ampathy that our team pleeds with.
