You've done a number of the staff class tracks at the various QCons. Looking back over those, what are some of the key themes and key messages that are coming out of the talks that you've facilitated there? There are concerns about how to be successful in the technical path. And they enjoyed a lot talks that talk about tips on how to do things like how to communicate with peers or how to choose a project that is going to make you get your staff plus role if that's what you want.
