Crome Was Good, but Not Quite Ready for the World
In two thousand six, microsoft released a version of internet explorer that swapped out google with its own search engine. By may 20 twelfth, not even four years after launch, crome was the most popular browser in the world. This was one of the great inflection points in the history of the internet. Microsof made a tremendous unforced error and handed the web to google.
