The Different Types of Attention Training for Depression and Anxiety

Is touch mindfulness the same thing as attention training? It's just different. No, no, that's very different. And you would actually only do the attention training with depressed patients. So in my anxiety book, that's not translated to English yet. There's no attention training because the anxiety people use the attention training to get rid of emotions to get calmer. They don't have this active goal of getting rid of emotions,. Getting rid of strong emotions or anything. The depression patients are low and awareness so they need to be forced external with attention training. But for the anxiety people, you would practice leaving thoughts alone.
